Our Place on 17 was created with a simple belief: the right people, in the right place, at the right time are what make moments meaningful. Rooted in hospitality, the space blends the warmth of restaurant service with the flexibility of a thoughtfully designed event venue.

The building has long been a place for gathering — including its time as a church — and continues that legacy today as a refined setting for celebration, connection, and creativity. That history lives in the original staircase, the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the Carolina blue ceiling that still greets guests today.
